Gaught Underneath Ford Car When It Overturns Near Osceoia FridayNightClyde Grice, of Elkhart, 29years old, died Friday evening at St. Joseph hospital, Mishawaka, from injuries received when he was crushed beneath an overturned Ford “bug” on the Lincoln highway, six miles east of Mishawaka Friday afternoon,andRobert Minegar of Osceola issuffering from severe cuts,bruises and burns resulting from the accident, but is expected to recover.Grice’s death, according to the finding of Coroner C. J. Crum-packer, was caused by a ruture of the liver. According to the information secured by the police, Minegar had gone to Elkhart for Grice and had returned with him. The Ford “bug” which Minegar was driving is believed to have been driven at a fast rate of speed, and when the machine was turned from the pavement it spun around in the road upon hitting loose gravel and turned over, pitching Minegar free from the car, but hurling Grice directly beneath it. Minegar was thrown in front of the car and he was scalded by boiling water from the radiator of the car.The police stated that a jug of wine was found in the car after bunt the accident and held the viewthat drunken driving was responsible for the accident.the
