He succeeds Charles Hill.John Gacy and Burk; and Certificate of Merit awards toOther JayCee awards include: Committee of the year to Bill Howorth and Dave Tyler of the Orientation committee; presidential award of honor to Jerry Holbaeh; honorary membership to Helen Xloberdanz; outstanding projectof the,year to -Robert'Reed for the 1967 Waterloo Open Golf Tounaroent;Key Men awards to Jerry Jackson, William McBride,William Burfiend, Bill Howorth,Reed,- Robert Tonkin, LyleReiss, LeRoy Schnore, Glen Staples and Phil Warner.Also presenting awards were the Waterloo Jayeettes. Silver charm awards for outstanding service went to Mrs. William Howorth, Mrs. Robert Tonkin, Mrs. Harold' Schoonover,: Mrs. Kendall Moore, Mrs. William Ayers and Mrs. Paul Buchanan.
