15ALLOON ASCENSION.At the Ott^r Islault;l Pavilion Toinor-row Afternoon nt 4:30.Prof. Blessing will make a grand balloon ascension tomorrow afternoon at 4:30 o’clock at the new Otter Island pavilion. The Nautilus will make trips to the island continuously throughout Uie day and evening. There will be music and dancing all the afternoon and evening, which, together with the thrilling balloon ascension, will give all the young folks in the city an opportunity to spend the time there very pleasantly.
