One of the men working for Mr, Milner on the Slate canyon road took hold of one of tho boys and cuffed his ears and other wise mistreated him, This morn* iae Mr, Dugdns met the man in front of Irvine Barney's and took him to task for the treatment of the boy. The man struck Mr. Doggin* , Mr, Duggtns knocked the man down. The bystanders interfered, Mr. Bugging swore out a complaint against the man ior mis-treating Lis boy. Justice Booth will investigate the case tomorrow*
