Mo. men*previously bound over to tha grand jury on charges of hat' tery and criminal damage property, had tickets lodged against them for improper walking on tha highway settled Thursday.Ticketed by Deputy Sheriff Sherman Hexdall June 7 wera Lloyd Wintjen, 22, and his brother Larry D. Wintjen, 21. Tho circuit clerk’s office reported that both men had settled the improper walking on the high* way tickets by serving jail time. The fines lodged against them for the tickets at the request of State’s Atty. Richard Wilder at a previous hearing were $100.Lloyd Wintjen posted *250 bond on charges of battery and criminal damage to property Tuesday. His brother is still lodged in the Grundy County Jail.Both men were bound overto the grand jury stemming from an incident at the Grundy County Jail where the men allegedly attacked another inmata and damaged toilet facilities.
