He presumably obtained the barbituate ^capsules without a prescription.The reporter asked Parks if he told the seller hot wanted the capsules for use as “sleeping pills;”• .“No, he replied.i . Therefore, the person who sold the dope knew that Parks would use them to get “high.s The seller got a dollar. Butler and Grantham got bullets., Druggists say they have several calls week for 6arjituates. Reputable pharmacists refuse ,to sell them without a doctor’s order.lt;•- A cleanup is in order for the dope sellers of Hobbs.
