Des Moines, Iowa, June 4, 1913. The board of supervisors reconvened as a board of review. Members present were Barquist, Backman, Keller, Uhl and Fisher.The minutes of June 3, 1313, were read and approved.It was moved that the following resolution he adopted:Be It resolved.by the board of supervisors of Polk county.
