San Francisco divorcee, mother of three children, near Colma early this morning.The victim, Mrs Veda Bundy, 32, a beautician of 137 Alta Loma avenue, South San Francisco, told sheriff’s officers she was..’attacked after her atao and a car driven by her assailant had been involved in a minor traffic accident Mrs. Bundy told Sheriff’s Deputies William Krueger and Italo Ferrari she left San Francisco, where she had been visiting friends, 11 at 1 a. m., and drove south on Juniper a Serra boulevard.Near the Christian Dairy Farm road, Colma, her auto was struck from behind by a car which had been following her, she said. Both autos stopped and the man walked to her car. He was solicitous and apologetic, she tol3 officers, and asked if she were injured. He then' invited her to get out of the car to inspect the damage, which rwas slight.When she got out, she said, he grabbed her and started to choke her. He forced her back into the car but then pulled her from the auto and pushed her down a steep 29-foot embankment. The roan choked her, she related, until shequit screaming and then attacked her.After she heard his car drive away, she drove to her home and telephoned police, who advised her to go to Junipero Serra hospital, where she was examined and treated for a bruise on her forehead.Mrs. Bundy told officers she can identify the man if she sees him again. She gave this description: Brown hair, 5 feet, 8 inches; 170 pounds; 21 to 25 years of age; medium build. He wore grey work clothes and horn-rimmed glasses, she said, and drove a late model blue-grey Ford sedan. -
