Tbo bastardy suit of Frances B. Brown,living near Eaglesfield, versus Morton Belk, near Harmony, was tried in Justice EckW court at Knightsvillo to-day, A. W. Knight appearing for the prosecution and J. A. McNutt for the defendant Belk was bound over to the Clay Circuit court in bond of $800.
