Adam Swogger, who lives in the eastern end of town, was hound over to court, Monday, to answer the charge of larceny and receiving stolen goods. Last Wednesday, July ist, W. 1). Reznor went before 'Squire LouUeuhiser and procured a search warrant. Swogger's barn was reached the same day by Reznor and Mont. Kidd and the harness found was identified by the former as his own. He then made information against Swagger, charging him with larceny and re ceivingstolen goods. Swogger was arrested at his home Monday morning about t, o'clock and at his hearing before Justice Lomzenhiser [dead not guilty. Several witnesses wi re sworn and testified on the case and Swogger was bound over to court under 500 bail.
