The parties were arrested by offcer Withers, and tried with the following results :John Hamilton, charged with assault and battery upon the person of Rachel Hamilton, fined §10 and costs. James Hamilton, charged with assault and battery, on the person of Hannah Hamilton, daughter of Rachel, fined §5 and costs.
