STUDTPRINTSPolice Seek Identity of 10th Torso Murder Victim.CLEVELAND — (UK) — Fingerprints taken from the hands of Cleveland's tenth “torso'1 murder victim were studied by police identification experts today in the hope of establishing _ identity of the man.George Xvoestfe, Bertillon expert in the police departnmt, said the hands, found floating in the Cuyahoga river near where parts of the body were found, produced good fingerprints. Copies of the prints were sent to federal and. state identification bureaus.A 54-year-old mau, who boasted while intoxicated that he had committed several murders, was released after questioning by officers.
