BRITTON BOY DISMISSED.Case of State Aeainst Britton Decidedfor Defendent.The vagrancy case of the state against Britton was decided by Justice Andersen in favor of the defendent.% •The case was brought by Sam Britton of Flambeau against his 18-year-old son, who it was claimed, was unwilling to work on the farm and who had indulged in pounding his father on frequent occasions.The case was stubbornly contested and decided oil the grounds that the statute under which the action was brought was not intended to apply to the case in court.
