TfcfK LlTTLEPAOE CASE—AKGUMEKT FOItNsw Trial.—In the Circuit Court of Henrico yenterday— Judge Wellford presiding— the petition of James Isaac Littlepa^e, of King William county, convicted of forgery in the Henrico County Court, and whoprays for a new trial, was fully argufd and submitted. Little page hag been twice convicted, aud the chief witness for the prosecution on both occasions was a widow— Mrs. 31 ill—to whom accused waa once engaged to be married, and whose husband’s name to two bonds heis charged with forg-,ing* .Littlepoge deserterL Mrs..
