arrests alleged kidnap accompliceFBI agents arrested a 22-year-old woman identified as the accomplice of a Kenosha man being sought for an Arizona kidnappingMelanie R. Grossmayer, who last lived at Phoenix, Ariz., was arrested in Kenosha this morning by the federal officers on kidnapping charges Still being sought by the FBI are Robert F. Dugan, 25, Kenosha, and another woman.Dugan and the two women allegedly abducted and assaulted Wayne C. Ramsay, 30, Wauwatosa, near Yuma,Ariz., June 10.A complaint filed earlier this week at San Diego, Cal., alleges the trio jumped Ramsay after he stopped his van at a highway rest area They are charged with driving the van, with Ramsay in it, to San Diego. There, according to charges, they left him bound, gagged and handcuffed in a hotel parking lot.Grossmayer was taken to the Kenosha County jail after her arrest by the FBI. She was to be transferred to Milwaukee later in the day for a bond hearing before U.S. Magistrate John C. McBride.Dugan has eluded police and the FBI for more than seven months. He escaped Dec. 30, 1977, from the Green Bay Reformatory with James Dykstra, 23, of rural Racine County. The pair sawed their way through cell bars and dropped to the street below. Their tracks ended in the snow several blocks from the maximum security reformatory.The pair, police said, held up a Racine pharmacy about a week aftertheir escape.Dugan was committed to Green Bay in 1973 for armed robbery and burglary.
