Sheriff And Deputy Go To Take A1 Brikmier, of The Bend, IntoCustodyjolin \\ agner, who sustained a fracture of the skull in an en counter with A1 Birkmicr on the road near Delaware I'end about midnight Monday died from the effects of the injury Wednesday Sheriff Bucholz ad Deputy Syl Hull went to the Bend thisafternoon to bring Birkmicr to Defiance where lie will be placed in the county jail. Details of the encounter are harcPto obtain but Wagner received the fatal injuries while on the way home fromSherwood in company with Birkmicr.
