FBI seeksKenosha manMILWAUKEE (UPI) - Robert F. Dugan, 25, Kenosha, is being sought in the alleged kidnapping of a Wauwatosa man in Arizona last month, according to spokesmen for the Milwaukee FBI office.Dugan and two females allegedly assaulted and abducted Wayne C. Ramsay, 30, on June 10 near Yuma, Ariz,According to a complaint filed earlier this week at San Diego, Calif., the three allegedly jumped Ramsay after he had stopped his van at a highway rest area. The three drove Ramsay s van with him in it to San Diego where they left him bound, gagged and handcuffed in a hotel parking lot, authorities said.
