nWillard ManHeld On ChargeOf Assault, RapeMarvin Rinkcr, 41, of rural Plymouth, is being held in the county jail following his arrest by Deputy Sheriff John Borgia onthe charge of assault with attempt to rape.The prisoner, according to Mr. Borgia, attacked a 23-year-old baby sitter, when calling at a residence in rural Willard on an errand. She was there alone withthe children.Rinker, who has a previous record. was apprehended by the deputy when he was enroute to his home in the Washburn addition.Charges were filed against Rink-I er at the Willard police station | where county authorities werenotified.
