Constable Tildcn Snuffer served the warrant and Mrs. Tolley waa before 'Squire 'fhiir-” man Saturday. By her attorney, W. j H. McGinnis, she waived examination and gave bond to the sum of $500 to await the action of the grund jury.Mrs. Tolley alleges that the True woman and her husband were at a patent medicine show together and before their children, behaved with Mrs. True ' in a very unbecoming manner. She • further alleges that her husband was with Macky True at the time of the cutting and not with a Mr. Dickens, although he, she says, was in the crowd.High feeling among the friends of *Mrs. ToJley exists against her bus- *band. She has 9 children, 2 of whomwere in Beckley Saturday, u little boyand a young girl, all of whom were vis*ibly affected by this sad turn of affairs. '%
