In that case he has been required to give bond in the sum of 83000 for his appearance at the first day of next term. The other bills are, one for embezzlement and one for perjury. He has been required to give bond in the sum of §3000 in each of these cases for his appearance the first day of next term.Frank L. Smith, assistant cashier of the late Defiance Savings bank was indicted on two counts for obtaining money under false pretenses. He was required to giye bond in the sum of $500 in each case for his appearance the first day of the next term of court. On request of Prosecutor James B.
