Indian GroupFiles ChargesAgainst ThreeTAMA, Iowa (AP)-Offitials of the American Indian Movement from Des ‘Moines have filed charges . against three Tama men in connection with a disturbance in Tama last Friday.AIM leader Harvey Majors said the organization has filed assault with intent to commit great bodily injury charges against Bernard Marvin Junior and Richard Spear, both 27 years old, and Timothy Sevcik, 25, all of Tama.All three men were arrested and were in the Tama City Jail Tuesday night.The charges, filed in Tama County District Court, allege the three men and several others beat five Mesqi^kie Indians from a nearby Indian settlement.But police in Tama told The Associated Press they were aware of only three injured persons—none of whom required hospitalization.A policeman said officers arrived at the scene, which was on the main street here, after4 Via p/hi
