Magistrate Godsey said the bond, any, would be set by the judge the circuit court. As to the ount, Godsey said that if he re handling the case it would t be less than 3,500.During the brief hearing, Lively mained calm. His remarks, few d nonchalant, showed no signs nervousness.At the hospital in Montgomery, ung Lively was regarded as out danger according to members the family and officers who ve kept close contact with hisndition.
