.TUESDAY, Jli4, 1880.r4NOTICE.ON application by petition in writing, of Jacob Uohrkr, Jr. of Washington county and stale of Maryland, to me the subscriber, one of the Justices of the Orphans’ Court, for the county and state aforesaid, for the benefit of an act of assembly, passed at November session one thousand eight hundred and five, entitled 44 An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors,* and the se-veral supplements thereto, a schedule of his property and a list of his creditors, on oath, as far as he can ascertainthem, being annexed to his said petition } and being satisfied the said Jacob Kohi er, Jr. is a citizen of Maryland, and has resided therein the two years next preceding the date of his said petition ; and being also satisfied by the Sheriff of said county that the said Jacob Rohrer. Jr. is now in his custody and in actualconfinement in the jail of said county,for debt, and for no other cause. And the said Jacob Rohrer, Jr. having taken the oath prescribed hy law, and entered into bond, with security, for his appear-anca in Washington county Court, on the third Monday in November next* to answer such charges and allegations as may be made against him by his creditors.It is thereupon this twenty-third dayof March, iri the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty,ordered and adjudged that the suid Jacob Itohrer, Jr. be discharged from the custody of the Sheriff of said county, andthat the said third Mondav in Novem-•/bee next be and hereby is appointed for the said Jacob Itohrer, Jr. to deliver up Iii9 property and to have a trustee appointed for the benefit of his creditors; and that the said Jacob Itohrer Jr. by ordering a copy of this notice to lie inserted in one of the public papers printed in Hagers-town, three months successively before the said third Monday in November next, give notice to his creditors to be ami appear on the day and at the place aforesaid, to recommend a trustee for their benefit, and shew cause, if any thev have, w hv Ihe said Jacob___ e Rohrer.
