MURDER OF HOSPITAL WORKER IS SOLVED BY STATE POLICEAlbion, N. Y., —(UP) — After 24 hours intensive investigation, ^tate police and Orleans county authorities announced today that they had solved the mysterious shotgun slaying of William Larson. 55-year-old father of 13 children.Orleans county Sheriff Carl Klemdienst said that first degcep murder charges had been pla*^d against Larson's son-in-law, Loyd George Inman, 2§. and Virginia D. Ostender. 33, both of Albion*The charges were placed by District Attorney Kenneth Serve at 7 ami. after Sheriff Kleindienst and Inspector Harold Kemp of the state police bureau of investigation had grilled the* suspects for se-eral hours.Inman and Miss Ostender were immediately arraigned before Peace Justice William Kast of Albion. Examination was waived and the pair was ordered held for action by the November grand juryAccording to Sheriff Klemdienst, Inman blamed Larson for breaking up his marriage with the victim's daughter. Inman married Gladys Larson last summer out they were separated later. They have a son, two months old.Larson, an employe at the Batavia veterans hospital, was fatally wounded by two blasts form a shotgun early yesterday while driving from work to his home at Kifckville. His body was found slumped over the wheel of his wrecked automobne on a cutoff a mile from the scene of the shooting.
