TO INVESTIGATE SANITYOF MAGDALENA GRAPEMrs. Magdalena Grape's actions during the past few weeks have caused a number of people, Including local officers, much trouble, as a result of which she will be brought into the county court today where proceedings have been instituted to inquire into her mental condition, tt’he petition has been filed by Mrs. F, A. Detrick, keeper of a rooming house where Mrs. Grape resided.Mrs, Grape came into prominence last year when her husband started divorce proceedings against her, The divorce was granted and Mrs, Grape was ordered from the farm belonging to her husband. She re-fused to leave and it was necessary to obtain a court order and Cor the Sheriff to remove her. She then came to this city and has rooming at different places, /Invariably she caused a disturbance by her eccentric actions and the police have been called upon several times to have her move, Last week she caused trouble at the Comfort rooming house and that was fixed up, but again yesterday the woman went on a rampag^ and she was arrested and later that charge was dismissed and the petition filed in the county court.
