Jane 26—Everett Baity, a barber of this place, shot end instantly killed Deputy Marshal Out Hall here Thursday morning. A few minutes later Baity was shot and killed by Marshal Lewis White.Hall had a warrant for the arrest of Baity, charged with stealing tools from the barber shop of John Darner-an, where be had been employed.
