OAUrOQM. IA fatal affray occurred at Spencer, Owen county, Indiana, on Friday night in which a man named Martin wasshot and killed by another man named Spencer, of Bloomington. The parties had been engaged in a law suit, the result of an old grudge which had existed for years, and meeting on the evening in question a quarrel ensued. Martin, is is said, started toward Spencer, who warned him to keep back, but the former, not heeding, the latter fired the fatal shot. Spencer gave himself up to *3cape mob violence.
