WOMAN ADMITS SHE ATTACKED HUSBANDMANCHESTER. O., July 2-Having confessed that she beat her husband. Tom Preston, ffiherman, on the head with an axe, Mrs. Eliza Jane Preston, mother of four children, \valt; held here today pendingthe outcome of her husband’s injuries. The man was hurt critically.According to Sherfi'l Harry Ogle, the woman attacked her husband during a quarrel at his log cabinnear here. After the attack. Hie woman and Marvin Hall, 60, Concord, Ky., allegedly fled in a stolen skiff to Concord where Ogle captured Hall. Mrs. Preaton was found hiding in a nearby weedpatch.
