REPORT OF GRAND JURORS LOOKED FOR Special to The News. BEAUMONT, July 2—Grand Jury of Goth district court in session for four weeks is expected to make some kind of report either today or Sat urday, court officials say. The inquisitorial body has thus far made no report nor returned any bills. Cases of Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Fountain, Ae with murder of Mrs. Frank Kahnfeld and assault to murder on Frank Kahnfeld at VPort acres recently, are known to have been before the jurors this week. BEAUMONT, July 2.—A Beau mont man came to police headquar ters and complained his pistol had been stolen from his room at a local hotel. The weapon was brought in 15 minutes later by a Port Arthur man who requested the man be ar rested on an adultery charge, or “Shall I take the law in my own hands.” ‘The Beaumonter was arrested and told of the whereabots of his pistol ~and the man who confiscated it.
