Mrs. Lizzie Hines of Jackson township was arraigned before Judge Babst Jast Friday on an indictment charging her with setting fire to her home which had been wilted to some one else. Heriobject was to keep the legatees from profitting by it. She entered a plea of not guilty and was placed under $1,000 bonas Hailey Hines, her son, was also arraigned and pleading not guilty was placed under $500 bonds. Nolen Bell of Forest was also arraigned on an indictment charging him with cutting his brother-in-law, J. H. Phelps, with intent to kill. These last are the parties to the line fence quarrel. Bell is charged with cutting Phelps in the nose. He plead not guilty and was placed $1,000 bonds. The cases wilj not be heard until the fall term of court/
