The New Albany Board of Police Commissioners has (decided to aeod Captain Thomas Cannon, Night Chief of Police to represent thelNew Albany police department at the annual meeting of th® International Association of Chiefs of Police, which will convene in Toronto, Can., July 8.BCapt. Cannon ia one of the charter members of the association, and was at one time the vice president of the association for Indiana.
