The arrest and Imprisonment of ColyerHal!, an aged cttixen of Mobile county,Ala., on an indictment for murder, is still the talk of th* hour at Pensacola. Sincep!?f*Vn Jal1 at Pensacola bySheriff Smith, the prisoner has been visited by many of the older citlsens. who knew him before the killing lie Is a stalwart man. six feet high, with grey hair and a long snow-white beard and appears to feel very deeply the position in which he is placed. The Indictment for murder was filed on June 30. 1871, and charges that on May 17. previous, Colyer a . James Hall Taylor Hall.
