But they did say that it appeared the Sierra Madrean had apparently been killed out of revenge or to ensure his silence.Lundgren was shot several times in the head just after he and his wife drove into their carport in a condominium complex in the 300 block of East Sierra Madre Boulevard in Sierra Madre.
