Murder Confuslmi Is Repudiated By Kanes County ManCUERO, Tex. lt;*» — A Karnes County farmer, August Styra, 37, charged with the murders of two elderly Garfield, Tex., residents, his repudiated his confession to the crime, it waft revealed yes* terday.Harper Morris, sheriff of Karan County, said Styra told him Tuesday “I didn’t Mil them,” and that | he had confessed because he feared revenge from three persons whom, he said, were actually responsible,Styra, the father of two children,I is charged with the deaths of Erkin Richter, 87, and his sister, IMiss £mma Richter, 65, whosechaired ^bodies were found in the Ibumed'out ruins of their home last IJuhefi.
