Thomas Fenwick has deeded to James Hollowell a right of way aoroas bis farm in Greenville township, the oonaidera tion being one dollar. About two years ago the men, who are neighbors, became involved in a quarrel over Hollowell crossing Fenwick’s farm without permission and Fenwick shot Hollowell. He olaimed he aoted in self defense. On the trial of the oase Fenwick was fined ?600 for assault.
