Friday, January 20.Mayor's Court.—David Larkins, who wis engaged with (\oper and Seely in tho riot at Lagrange on ihs mgbt of tbo 9th instant, which resulted in the deathof youog Tarr, was arrested by cfBeer Buoy and brought before Mayor Juokin,yesterday, and after examination, was required to enter into recognizance in the sum of $500, which be failed to do and was committed to jail. Seely is still at large The testimony agaiust tho party was very conclusive.
