BLAME VILLA’S MENFOR JUAREZ RIOTING/Disturbances Renewed at International Bridge; Rocks and Bottles Assail Guards.EI Paso, Tex., Jin. 30.—That partisans of Pancho Villa took advantage of the anti-bath riots, started by the women of Juarez when they were refused admittance to El Paso without undergoing a disinfection process, toistage a demonstration against the de facto government, .and that they were responsible for the revival of the rioting, was asserted in a statement »t-^ trlbuted to Chief, of Police Maximo £ Torres of Juarez.i3 Torres announced he had ordered f all ringleaders of the riots arrested, ij according to government agents here. * This order included both men- and women, it was said.The rioting at^.the international bridge was resumed again. More men than women erfgaged in the demonstration. Rioters approaching the middle of the international bridge hurled lj missiles at. United States soldiers on guard.Customs Inspector Schuyler was hit on the head.by a thrown bottle and Sergt. Peck, Company A, 23d United States infantry, was gashed In the face by a rock. The soldiers charged the rioters and drove them back to the Mexican side of tKc bridge.Mexican cavalry ultimately succeeded in driving the demonstrators away from the bridge. Andres Garcia, inspector general of Carranza consulates, crossed to Juarez to attempt to pacify the mob. There was no street car traffic.Preparations have been made on both the American and Mexican sides of the river to prevent further riots.The Quarantine regulationh will be continued at the United States immigration station, it was announced by Dr. C. O. Pierce, senior surgeon in charge of the border quarantine of the United States health service.- »
