Mr. Hull is a believer in the continued growth of Newark. He has lived here to see a small and insignificant village de-vf lop into a thriving city of 26,000 to 27,000 people and expresses confidence in the belief that the next ten years will put Newark in the 40,000 class. Mr. Hull has had numerous offers at a gend price for the Third street property but he prefers to improve it and hold the title himself as he believes ihaf no form of investment is more desirable from every standpoint.
