Civil SuitsThe Bank of Columbia Falls won a judgment against A. Frank .James. Ralph E. James. Jerry A. James. Darletta James. Steven L. James and Velva James. The bank said the defendants had taken out a bank note for $82,520 then had defaulted on payment for three consecutive months and it had called the entire note due. Judge James Salansky ordered land held by the bank as collateral for the loan to be sold by the sheriff He ruled the bank was entitled to the amount due on the loan, plus $8,868 in interest, $4,000 in attornevs' fees and $474 in court costs.lB
