Murder Trial Begins T oday In Co. CourtFingerprints Found On Death Gun Found Not Sufficient To Be Identified By State Police Laboratory Expert Harold Jollif.A packed courtroom today listened to evidence and witnesses’ testimony in Sullivan Circuit Court as the trial of .Malcolm “Mike” Hankins, charged with first degret? murder in the shooting death of .his wife, Ruby, Christmas Eve, opened its first sessions.Selection of jurors for the trial was completed yesterday about t :00 o’clock, after which Judge Walter Wood recessed court until 9:80 o’clock this morning.Among witnesses heard this■Imorning were the owners of Mm apartment in which the fatal shooting occurred, Mr and Mr*. Hal lie Goodman. Also appearing were Mr- and Mrs. Jets Good-mar* who were In the building also when the shooting took place.
