MEXICAN HELD ON BURGLARY CHARGEOLOVIS, Jan. 2ft (Special)—One of three Mexican* held here In connection with burglary of a residence and a liquor store recently is wanted in Santa Fe and La Junta, Colo., for burglary and jailbreak, according to Sheriff R. L. Thomas,Albert Gutierrez, as he is known here, was bound over to district court under bonds totaling $3,000, and his two alleged accomplices, Gilbert and Frank Sena, were held under $1,000 bonds after preliminary hearings.As Alfredo Arrhuleta, the man known here as Gutierrez is claimed to have escaped spectacularly December 11 from Santa Fe, where he was charged with burglary, by leaping from an upper story of the city hall and fleeing despite leg irons. As Tony Baca, he escaped from La Junta jail, where he was held after being released from Colorado penitentiary on parole, Sheriff Thomas said.
