Chiodo Is SuedF or Lost LoveOMAHA, Jan 29,—Vincenzo Finoc-chiaro, former fiance of Jennie Bonacci, sixteen, principal figure in the murder trial of her uncle, V P Chiodo, wealthy apartment house owner, today filed suit in district court for ?5G„G00 damages against Chiodo, who, he charges, forced the girl to break her engagement with him.Chiodo was recently ,acquitted of a charge of manslaughter, following the death of Frank Bonacci, Jennie’s brother, who, Chiodo charged, was going to force the girl to marry Finocchiaro.
