SOLD WINE TO A BOYVerdict of $700 Returned Against Edward and Charles Ferger.Indianapolis, Jan. 24.—A jury in su-| perior court returned a verdict in favor of Louis Loscent against Edward and Charles Ferger. The amount of the verdict was $700. Loscent sued the Fergers, who operate the Terminal pharmacy, Market and Illinois street, for $5,000, alleging that Otto Ferger, a younger brother of the defendants and a clerk in the store, had, on Christmas day, 1905, sold to George F. Loscent, sixteen years of age, a bottle of wine and that that bottle of wine bad made his son, William McKnight and Leon Thompson drunk. In a quarrel that ensued, McKnight shot and killed the Loscent bov.
