Karl Williams in mu- | nicipal court.He was fined $50 or sentenced to 25 days for stealing gas and given a fine of $15 or a 10-day sentence for carrying a loaded gun in his car. !The dog, owned by Vincent j Phili p5 who lives 6 miles north of *he Bamhard school, was shot for no apparent reason. Loerzel ‘■hot it while the dog was running alongside his car. Phillips heard the dog bark and heard the shot ar.d got out of bed to investigate.Phillips found the car in the ditch. He noted the license number and called the sheriff’s office. Sheriff Russell Brooberg arrested j Loerzel and a 15-year-old bov who was with him at 3 a. m. yes- j terday. The boy. who is from Riehville, will appear before Judge Frank C. Barnes in juvenile court.Gasoline was stolen from the Dale Berry farm in Rush Lake township. The sheriff said the c ir’.1 ga tank w as full when he apprehended the boys who were then on their way home.
