Indicted, AreU n m o v ed21 Other True BillsFtCHARGED WITH KILLING BAR- c NET NIOVICH, 23-YEAR-OLD g SEANOR YOUTH EVENING OF | c DECEMBER 22.Crippled Frank Rakoczy, 31, and his 35-year-old brother John, sat unmoved in a Somerset county courtroom late Monday afternoon as a grand jury indicted the brothers for the murder of Barney Niovich, 23-year-old Seanor youth, in a street fight early Sunday morning. December 22, last.Frank Rakoczy returned from the Somerset Community hospital only Saturday where he had undergone special treatment for the leg, which he claimed was injured in the fight the night Niovich was fatally stabbed through the kidney.The Scalp Level brothers have been confined to the county jail since the Sunday morning that Niovich died in the Windber haspital.Other than returning a true bill in the murder case, the grand jury returned true bills in 21 other cases and ignored three other bills. Paul E. Fuller of Meyersdale was foremanof the grand jury.The list, one of the lightest in years, was presented by District Attorney A. M. Matthews, his office assistant, John Lesko, and County Detective Harry C. Jacobs.Following are the findings of the January grand jury :True Bills lt;Frank and John Rakoczy.
