Reif, his wife,Ellen M. Wilson, Melrose Matilda Wilson.AlfVcd Wilson, Drysdale Wilson, Eugene M.Wilson, and an inlhnt child of Washington L. Wilson, and Ctlharine, his wife, whose name is uknnown.ON this 21st day o! January, A. D. 1857, the plaintiffs, by their attorneys, tiled in said Court their j complaint, and also an affidavit, from which it appears that a cause of action exists against said defendants, that they are necessary parties thereto, as relates to real estate, and that they are not residents oi the State of Indiana.Therefore, the said John Thomas, and Harriet Eliza Thomas, his wife, Henry Keif, and Sarah O. Reif, his wife, Elten M. Wilson, Melrose Matilda Wilson, Alfred e Wilson. Drysdale Wilson, Eugene M. Wilson, and the y infant child of Washington L. Wilson, and Catharine, bis wife, whose name is unknown, are hereby notified of the pendency of this action, and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said Court, to be hol-dcn at the Courthouse in the city of New Albany on the fourth Monday of April, A.
