Reif, his wife,Ellen M. Wilson, Melrose Matilda Wilson,Alfred Wilson, Drysdale Wilson, Eugene M.Wilson, and an infant child of Washington L. Wilson, and CUtiarine, his wife, whose name is nknnown.ON this 21st day of Jannary, A. D. 1857, the plaintiffs, by their attorneys, filed in said Court their complaint, and also an affidavit, from which it appears that a cause of action exists against said defendants, that they are necessary parties thereto, as relates to real estate, and that they are not residents oi the State of Indiana.Therefore, the said John Thomas, and Harriet Eliza Thomas, his wife, Henry Reif, and Sarah O. Reif, his wife, Elten M. Wilson, Melrose Matilda Wilson, Alfred Wilson, Drysdale Wilson, Eugene M. Wilson, and the infant child of Washington L. Wilson, and Catharine, bis wife, whose name is unknown, are hereby notified of the pendency of this action, and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said Court, to be hol-dcn at the Courthouse iu the city of New Albany on the fourth Monday of April, A.
