Flynn ScheduledTo Take Witness11 :i5 | Clu: 11:30 } Nft\ 11 45 I NavStand WednesdayLOS ANGELES, Jan. 27—(INS)Errol Flynn, the adventuresome hero of motion pictures, prepared today to step into the starring role of his trial on the attack charges of two teen-age Hollywood girls. “Errol will take the witnessstand today,” announced Chief Defense Counsel Jerry Giesler.Before the deeply-tanned, Tasmanian-born Flynn takes the witness box, however, Giesler planned to produce several ’ additional witnesses. Among them will be Vernon “Buster” Wiles film stunt man, close friend of the actor and his companion on the occasions when Peggy Larue Satterlec, 16, and Betty Hansen, 17-year-old Lincoln girl claimthey were attacked.Already the defense has interrogated 15 witnesses in a one-two assault upon the state s case— witnesses who disclaimed in virtually every respect the testimonyof raven-haired Miss Satteilee andthe blonde Miss Hansen.Betty’s Employer On Stand.Striking alternately at the claimof Miss Hansen that she was attacked in the Bel-Air home of Fred McEvoy, British sportsman, Giesler called Philip N.
