ISinMlf-10?tVouths Plead hot Guilty To Murder CountLibby, Jan. 21,—Sam Anderson and Howard Hull jduaded not gtiihy when arniifened in district court here Tuesday on the charge of nrordering Frank Gregfton, Great Northern oper-3. ator at Eureka, on the night of Jan-nary 2. The court appointed W. H. Cray and Janies M. Blackford, attorneys of Lili'by. to defend Anderson and Hull, respectively. It is understood the ca-se will not come to trial before the March term of court.' * ■ f • 4The murder is alleged to have been the outgrowth of an attempted holdup of the Great Northern station at I urekji January 2, Gregson, the oper-rtor on duty, was shot, Utter dying f om the wound. Anderson and Hull, in-vear-old boy a who had drifted into Eureka several weeks previously, were apprehended under conditions that pointed, so it is alleged, to their connection with the affair.Since that time authorities claim both defendants have made sworn Vtatements. Hull claims that Ander* son and ho are responsible for the »rime and that Anderson fired the fatal shot. Anderson insists that he had nothing to, do with the crime and was at home in bed at the time it \vaa perpetrated.
