NOTICE OP DAMAGE'SUIT SERVED ON KUN GOBLINHouston, Tex, Jan. 25—George B. Klmbro, Jr., grand goblin of the ku klnx klsn, was served today with legal notice of a salt filed in federal coart here by Miss Nelda Meyer* for $200,000 alledged damages. The process was served by a deputy from the staff of United States Marshal R. A. Harvin. The case will be tried at the February term of federal court, it is stated byofficials.Miss Meyer filed the suit last week, alleging damage to her reputation by a letter addressed to her, and purporting to come .from ku klnx klan: The stationery used bore the seal of the Richmond, Tev., klan No. 88.
